Family Christmas Pictures

Holiday Christmas Tree Hunt

The snow is falling…. The temps are cool and today was one for the memory books! One of our favorite family holiday traditions is heading out to hunt for a Christmas tree and this year I snapped a few pictures along the way to share with all of you. Take a peek at our Holiday Christmas Tree Hunt 2018.

We were so lucky to be able to do this years hunt with my dear mom and dad… it made it extra special and more fun then years past!!! I have decided to do a big natural tree for the first time this year and my hunny bunny spotted ‘The One’ ! These trees are black spruce trees, we look for ones that are full and feathery with branches that curve upwards.

My Pom Pom toque and cashmere scarf can both be found on my online Shop, Vintage Society Co.

It’s even more fun when our sweet pups come along, this was Jersey girl’s first Christmas tree hunt!! She had so much fun!!! I am a bit nervous about having the trees in the house with her around but what do you do.

In the end we found some beauties and I can’t wait to have the whole house set up and ready over the weekend. I hope you enjoyed our Holiday Christmas tree hunt!! What kind of tree do you have? Real or fake? How do you pick the perfect tree. I would love to know in the comments below.
